On a shared agreement you can nudge the other person without writing the message yourself.
How
- Open the agreement.
- In Remind them, choose:
- – Request signature when they haven’t signed yet, or
- – Request payment when you are the lender and a balance remains.
- IOUEZ tells you what happened.
What the result means
- Sent: they got a notification on their device.
- Saved to their inbox: they have no device with notifications on right now; they’ll see it in their IOUEZ inbox.
- You just sent one: to keep things friendly, you can’t send the same request again within a short time. Wait a moment and try again.
Good to know: These buttons only appear on shared agreements. For a private agreement, contact the person yourself.
