Acceptable use policy

Last updated Nov 5, 2026

IOUEZ is built on trust between people. This policy lists what is not allowed on the Service. It is part of our Terms of service.

You must not use IOUEZ to

  • Break any law, including lending, interest-rate, consumer credit, debt collection, licensing, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and tax laws.
  • Run illegal, unlicensed or predatory lending, or charge interest or fees above what the law allows.
  • Harass, threaten, shame or intimidate anyone, including through reminders, messages or text messages; contact people at unreasonable hours; or contact third parties about someone’s debt where the law forbids it.
  • Create fake agreements, forge signatures, impersonate others, or add witnesses or guarantors who didn’t agree to sign.
  • Upload other people’s personal data or documents without the right to do so, or send text messages to people who haven’t agreed to receive them.
  • Commit fraud, launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions.
  • Upload malware, or try to access accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to, probe or overload the Service, or get around limits and plan restrictions.
  • Scrape the Service, or resell or rebrand it without our written permission (beyond the white-label features of your plan).
  • Post content that is illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful or that infringes others’ rights.
