By using IOUEZ you agree to these terms.
The service
IOUEZ helps people record, sign and track money they lend, borrow or share. We are not a bank, lender, escrow or law firm, and we do not hold or move your money unless you choose an optional payment feature.
Your responsibilities
- Use accurate information and only create agreements you are entitled to make.
- Do not use IOUEZ for illegal lending, harassment or fraud.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; refunds are available within 14 days of a charge.
Liability
IOUEZ is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for disputes between users.
