- Check spam, junk and other tabs such as “Promotions” or “Updates”.
- Check the address. Emails go to the email on your account, shown in Settings.
- Wait a few minutes. Some inboxes hold new senders for a while.
- Add us to your contacts so future emails land in your inbox.
- Check your email settings. Payment reminders, the weekly summary and news can be switched off. See Choose which emails you get.
Password reset emails
For your privacy, the reset page doesn’t say whether an account exists. If no email arrives, the address may not match your account, or you signed up with Google.
