Remind many borrowers at once

Select late borrowers on the Portfolio page and send each a payment reminder.

  1. Open Portfolio in the web app.
  2. In Borrowers, tick the people to remind, or choose Select everyone late.
  3. Choose Send reminders and confirm.

Each borrower gets the same polite payment reminder they would get from the agreement itself, as a notification and in their IOUEZ inbox.

Good to know

  • Reminders can only go to borrowers on a shared agreement with their own IOUEZ account. Others show “No open shared agreement with an IOUEZ account”.
  • The same reminder can’t be sent to the same person again within a short time.
  • Automatic due-date reminders still go out on their own. See Automatic due-date reminders.
