The Portfolio page in the web app is for people and organizations who lend to many borrowers: small lenders, co-ops, unions, employers and landlords.
Who can use it
Portfolio is part of the Organization and Organization Plus plans. Without it, the page shows See plans. See Plans and what they include.
What it shows
Open Portfolio in the web app. Figures are shown per currency.
- Outstanding: what borrowers still owe you.
- Repaid so far: what has come back.
- Overdue: what is past its due date.
- At risk (30+ days late): the part of the outstanding amount that is more than 30 days late. See Arrears ageing and portfolio at risk.
- Borrowers: each borrower with what they owe, what is overdue, how many days late and the next due date.
Export a report
Choose Export report to download an Excel workbook of your portfolio.
Good to know: Portfolio counts agreements where you are the lender. Staff seats, loan products and other organization tools listed as “coming soon” on the pricing page are not available yet.
