Change or reset your password

Change it

1. In the web app, go to Settings → Change password.
2. Enter your Current password.
3. Enter the New password twice. It needs at least 8 characters.
4. Save.

Forgot it

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address of your account and choose Send reset link.
3. Open the email and follow the link to choose a new password.

For your privacy, the page always says a link is on its way, whether or not an account exists for that address. Nothing arrived? See Didn’t get an email from us.

Signed up with Google?

Your account has no IOUEZ password. Sign in with Continue with Google, and manage your password in your Google account.
